    BRAINSTORM

Grab your umbrella, it’s about to storm! Whether on the tele or face-to-face, we’ll have a quick pow-WOW to understand exactly what you really, really want. Give us a jingle or send a note to set-up an appointment to get your party started. We’ll also help you navigate through various papers, colors, embellishments and printing options (our standard is a flat print). Do us a favor and come to this meeting with event details and inspiration boards (we’ll bring a plethora of samples too).

    PROPOSAL + DEPOSIT

Next up: Proposal – a term you’re quite familiar with. We’ll provide you with a price estimate, outlining paper selections, embellishments and any special requests. Feel free to review and/or modify. Once we’re on the same page (pun intended), we request a 50% non-refundable deposit (applied to order) before designing your dream invite.

    DESIGN + MOCK-UP

Up to two short weeks after receiving your deposit, we’ll share a PDF of our design ideas for your viewing pleasure. We consider this a starting point to keep the conversation flowing, so please provide us with feedback. Once the direction of the invitation is selected, we will get to work on designing the remaining pieces. Your order includes up to 3 rounds of PDF edits from the original proof; additional changes can cost up to $25 per round. You may have a hard copy mock-up for a fee as the design becomes more refined. Now that’s couture, baby!

    PAYMENT + PRODUCTION

Upon receipt of an approved proof, billet-doux card sharks will start on your VIP (very important project). Allow 5-7 business days for digital printing and up to 3 weeks for assembly. Turnaround time varies based on printing processes, embellishments, sizing and materials. We’re ready, willing and able to work within your timeframe and offer a DIY alternative. In the interest of time, we can ship envelopes to you in advance for addressing purposes, and you’re also welcome to pitch in with assembly. Full payment is due at time of delivery and shipping fees may be submitted as a separate bill.
