Valentine Time
Having a preschooler forces me to channel my inner 3-year-old on Valentine’s Day. With my printable DIY valentine-heart soar template, these nifty cards can be yours too. (Who loves you?!) We printed ours on a pretty blush paper, because let’s be real – there’s never too much pink on Valentine’s Day. We made a 1/8″ hole punch (the template indicates where) and attached our heart balloon with a simple white satin bow. Baker’s twine, red or pink (duh) gingham, polkadots, gold embroiderer’s floss would also be super cute – really the possibilities are endless! We bought our heart balloons at Paper Source, but you can also use basic balloons, too. I left space to the left of my son’s name, because I envisioned him making a sweet red fingerprint heart. Well, that didn’t go over very well! But I left plenty of space at the bottom of the template for your little one/s to sign or doodle for a personal touch.
